Moms are sweet all year! Does a mama in your life love chocolate? Did you know that chocolate is not only yummy, it’s great for her #GoodGut?!

It’s rich in minerals like zinc and iron and raw cacao contains prebiotic fiber. A 2020 review of cacao in the Journal Nutrients showed that the antioxidant polyphenols found in chocolate increased levels of anti-inflammatory bacteria- lactobacillus and bifidobacterium and reduce the inflammatory species Clostridium perfringes.

Want to whip up an easy #goodgut Marvelous Mama Mousse to share with a mama you love? (Ahem, dad & kids, this recipe is SUPER easy!) 😉 . Head to our blog for the deets!

Most dairy chocolate does anything but honor mothers as it takes their milk from their babies to give to another species. Honor all mamas on the planet by choosing dairy free treats!
