Dahlia Marin, RDN is a Plant Based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, who has used food as medicine on a whole food plant based diet for the past 10 years to overcome pre-diabetes, PCOS, GI issues, obesity, and Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism, and have a healthy plant-based pregnancy.  She is passionate about healing the gut, as it is a key to healing the entire body. She uses her own health story and clinical experience working with clients from a multitude of backgrounds and health conditions to get to the root of what ails them, helping to find true healing and well-being.

Dahlia is a pioneer when it comes to treating Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and/or Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) as she focuses on addressing root causes of these diseases, with the goal to add variety to the diet, not take it away. 

James Marin

RD, EN

James Marin, RD, EN is an Integrative Registered Dietitian and Environmental Nutritionist who specializes in using whole plant-foods as a form of medical nutrition therapy. James has used his knowledge of food and the environment to help his patients prevent and reverse diseases related to the gut, like Type 2 Diabetes, Heart Disease, and more. His approach takes into account family history, stress, nutrition habits, lifestyle, and environment to come up with a tailored approach for each of his patients.

Victoria Shemer

RDN

Vicky Shemer, RDN is a Registered dietitian nutritionist and has been using the healing power of whole foods to successfully defeat her own health problems including gallbladder dysfunction, gestational diabetes, postpartum weight, and leaky gut. Her nutrition knowledge journey began in Greece and continued in the USA where she graduated magna cum laude from CSULA. As a clinical dietitian, she has been helping her patients manage diabetes, weight problems, heart disease, and inflammation. Vicky’s professional interests include working with people who want to prevent cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, and learning how to eat mindfully to maintain a healthy weight. Being fluent in Russian and Ukrainian, Vicky wants to reach clients in different communities to inspire them with introducing more whole foods in their lifestyle. Her passion is to share the knowledge of nutrition to encourage, empower, and motivate clients on how to integrate mindful eating habits in busy lives. She wants to help others find pathways to mental and physical wellness and build a healthy relationship with food.
