Cool Ranch Kale Chips

Ingredients:

  • 1 – 12 Oz Bag Of Chopped Kale Or 1 Bunch Of Fresh

  • 1 Cup Raw Sunflower Seeds

  • ¼ Cup Tahini

  • 1 Carrot

  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 3 Medjool Dates*

  • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder*

  • ¼ Cup Nutritional Yeast

  • 1 Tsp Coconut Aminos

  • 1 ½ Cup Water


Directions:

  1. Place Kale Into A Large Mixing Bowl.

  2. Mix Remaining Ingredients In A Blender Until Smooth And Pour Over

The Kale.

  1. Massage Into Kale With Hands. Arrange On Dehydrator Trays And Dehydrate On 130°F For 8 Or So Hours. (If You Don’t Have A Dehydrator, You Can Use Your Oven On A Lowered Temperature 150°F - 180°F.)

  2. Check Every Couple Hours Until They Are Dry And Crispy.
