We created this book because we wanted to help those of all ages and stages eat more veggies and become more plant-tolerant.
The Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) of fiber from the U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is 25-35 grams per day. Unfortunately, only about 3% of Americans reach this pretty low amount.
Oftentimes, our patients come to us interested in incorporating new plant foods into their meals, but they just don't know where to start, or how to prepare them in a nutritious and delicious way!
