James Marin and Dahlia Marin are the co-founders of Married to Health and Your Gut Connection, an integrative education platform which brings together the best in integrative medical nutrition therapy to bridge the gaps in health maintenance, disease prevention and disease reversal, when possible.

Dahlia Marin, RDN is a Plant Based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, who has used food as medicine on a whole food plant based diet for the past 10 years to overcome pre-diabetes, PCOS, GI issues, obesity, and Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism, and have a healthy plant-based pregnancy.  She is passionate about healing the gut, as it is a key to healing the entire body. She uses her own health story and clinical experience working with clients from a multitude of backgrounds and health conditions to get to the root of what ails them, helping to find true healing and well-being.

​James Marin, RD, EN is an Integrative Registered Dietitian and Environmental Nutritionist who specializes in using whole plant-foods as a form of medical nutrition therapy. James has used his knowledge of food and the environment to help his patients prevent and reverse diseases related to the gut, as well as Type 2 Diabetes, Heart Disease, and more. His approach takes into account family history, stress, nutrition habits, lifestyle, and environment to come up with a tailored approach for each of his patients.
